This blog will be discussing, pondering and researching the various ways in which Cyber - Security is integral and is incorporated in our daily lives.
During the past few years, society
as a whole has been learning more and more about the cyber world and it’s
amazing and almost threatening potential. We have seen these prospects come to
light in the news, social media, tv shows, films and essentially scientific
research that gives the way to all the aforementioned platforms of expressing
this revolutionary era. Cyber Security centers around protecting and enforcing
the security of computers, network programs and data from any internal or
external threats. The world of cyberspace consists of various realms into which
security can play a huge, if not imperative role: cyber activism,
cybercrime, cyber espionage, cyber terrorism and cyber warfare (Lehto, 2013). Further
research and discussion into this topic will provide detailed insight into the
basis, workings, uses and possible drawbacks that come along with the privilege
and responsibility of accessible cyber security.
